printing trade show graphics- Looking for quality display printing?
WHY WE'RE BETTER THAN OTHERS: 1. We've been in the graphics business for 20 years- we understand color and we make you look good with the boss. 2. We keep our equipment current- including hardware, software, and color calibration. We even store color profiles for color critical clients who rely on consistent color for national branding. 3. We consistently outperform. We deliver when you need it. We answer our phones, and you can speak with knowledgable staff.
There are several important considerations to make when choosing a display material: Longevity- how long must the display image last? Is it for short term use, such as a sales event or long term, such as in store retail stores? Durability- is exposure to sun an issue? Will you need to clean the surface of the graphic due to handling (think kids!). Rigidity- do you have a wide graphic that needs support to stay flat?
We offer Duodisplay bannerstand prints in 3 grades: Economy- 720 dpi smooth banner material 13 oz vinyl Standard- 1200 dpi 9 mil paper with 5 mil lustre front and gloss back laminate Deluxe- 1200 dpi 7 mil grey opaque film with 5 mil velvet overlaminate and gloss back laminate MOST POPULAR
What's the difference for duo prints? - Some like the economy because it is a soft material, and has no laminate which can potentially bubble depending on how it is handled. - The Standard we dropped from the online store because the price difference was small and some found 3 choices confusing. We brought it back by popular demand. It's a lower cost way to get laminated high quality prints than the Deluxe. The encapsulate works best if there is a 1/4" additional laminate on all sides to keep air from potentially seeping in. Without the over laminate, we trim to the paper edge and there is the potential for both delamination and bubbles. In the short term, either method is viable solultion. However, if you are seeking a long life print that will be taken up and down, then you'll need either the standard with overlaminate or Deluxe print. - The Deluxe print has 2 benefits that make this the #1 preferred solution: 1) it is printed on film, enabling us to trim right to the edge and not have to worry about delamination; 2) the film is grey on the back side. With paper (white) if there are white areas in your graphic design, you can see the pole down the middle depending on the lighting, but this does not happen with the grey back film. We're always amazed when people call to replace their duo posters after several years of use, without too much damage to them.
